Luxury Living Group is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for his new Ralph Lauren Home flagship store in Milan.

About the Role
The Sales Associate will support the Sales Team for providing customers with all the requested information and advise them concerning acquisitions by ensuring an outstanding sales experience. The Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities


Contribute to further expand the company database through client data registration and profiling.
Support the Store Manager in organizing events and promotional activities to target.
Meet and greet customers that come into the Showroom, providing outstanding level of hospitality.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Actively listen to and engage customers, using appropriate selling skills to match the customer’s needs, and ensure their decisions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect for new customers.
Actively promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities with product combinations and solutions aligned with the Ralph Lauren Home aesthetic and lifestyle
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling activities and post-sale follow-up.
Contribute to the growth and accurate profiling of the customer database through effective CRM management.
Provide detailed product information, including materials, finishes, features, usage guidelines, and maintenance requirements.
Identify and investigate customer complaints and service suggestions.
Manage sales activities, including quotations, orders, payments, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Maintain excellent store conditions and high visual merchandising standards, ensuring that products and displays are always presented in an impeccable manner.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard, outstanding inventory and store goods.
Check all products to see if they are not damaged.
Use the company reporting tools (quote/project registration, traffic registration, CRM).
Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information.
Provide support to the Store Manager in implementing programs and execute operational and organizational objectives.
Experience and Education:
Previous experience (2-3 years) in high-end furniture or luxury good Industry will be appreciated; years of experience in luxury retail, luxury interiors, furniture, home décor, design or lifestyle brands.
Proven sales track record and strong commercial awareness
Experience working with private clients.
Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, textiles, accessories and interior decoration is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Design, Business or related field will be favorably considered.

Technical and Soft skills:
Strong sensitivity to luxury, interiors, aesthetics and client experience.
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of retail KPIs. 
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and clienteling mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibility, reliability and proactive attitude.
Positive and enthusiastic team player;
Attitude to problem solving and oriented to achieve the goals;
Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM tools.

Work location: Milan
Working hours: full time, 40 hours/week from Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Type of contract: open-ended contract.
Salary Range: RAL € 27.237 – € 39.000 € + Commission
Ticket Restaurants: 1 for every working day

The salary range stated in this job advertisement reflects an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements.
